Basic conditions

Customer

• Age: not less than 25 years
• Documents: driver's license and ID card
• Driving experience: not less than 1 year

Cars

1.Vehicle Condition: “delivery – receipt” document must be drawn up on delivering or getting the vehicle, this act must be signed by both sides, main purpose of the document is to avoid misunderstandings between the client and the company concerning external, internal and technical condition of the car: The car must be clean when passed and adopted.

2. Fuel: all cars are provided with the card for refueling at gas stations, at discount (from 55 bani / liter), the vehicle is taken with the same amount of fuel in the tank that was in the given car.

Payment

1. Cash: payments in local currency at the rate of the NBM on the day of signing the contract

2. Money Order: Credit cards, money transfers from abroad

3. Deposit: Deposit will be charged till the end of the lease and will depend on the vehicle

Terms of car CASCO insurance

Although insurance CASCO, the customer will have to pay compensation for breach of the conditions below, as well as payment for the days when the car is being repaired.

1. In the case of driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs

2. In case of contravention of traffic rules

3. Severe negligence or deliberate actions

4. Using the car for illegal purposes

5. Driving by a person not mentioned in the contract

6. Damage to the car interior, tires and suspensions

7. The lack of the document from the police department, confirming the fact of the accident.

Prices for rental cars are in Euro for 24 hours without a driver and for 8 hours with a driver The Company reserves the right not to rent a car without any explanation
